    The location is fantastic, just a short

    Walk from the metro and several dining options. The room was comfortable but the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, frustrating when I needed to stay connected for work.

    Greatly enjoyed our very well decorated rooms.

    The breakfast was above average with Western dishes and Japanese food, for example, and also the staff were all extremely helpful. The location very close to the metro line which is convenient was comfy.

    The property was luxury with incredibly nice and amazingly kind staff on shift, I truly enjoyed the stay. Had pleasantly decorated and well renovated room with club access, and I couldn't ask for more: )

    The weather was lovely, had really really nice stay for 3 nights. Enjoyed the location close to public transport. Had nice dainties at Starbucks, located near the hotel.

    Excellent place with excellent internet access, gym facilities, and great 24-hour reception. Staff once helped me find my forgotten earpods. I highly recommend it for a quick city break!

    Reception looks

    It was a pleasant experience at all. There were a lot of falts in the Hotel. The staff are not well prepare for dealing with any situation, there were unhelpful and couldn't understand us well. My friend's room was really dirty and he could not sleep, because him bedsheet was dirty with blood.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, willing to help us solve problems. I'll choose to stay at Grand Mercure again when I visit Shanghai next time.
